When I first received the link to download my order, it gave me an error message that the download was unavailable. I emailed support and left to work on other things. After a couple of hours (with no email response), I tried the link again, and it worked perfectly. There needs to be a disclaimer on the site that the download might not be immediately available.
That said, this was the ONLY place I could find a digital version of the textbook I needed. I had already purchased a used paperback copy, but I have a much easier time using text-to-speech to listen to books and I was frustrated that there was no digital format available. Thanks to this site, I have an A+ in my class, and I’m not confident that would be the case if I’d been forced to use the paperback alone. Even buying both versions came out much cheaper than buying the book new, and with way more benefits. Despite the confusion over the download link, this site still gets 5 stars from me for providing an accurate and accessible resource.
